We are the employment placement service of the 1199SEIU Training and Employment Fund, connecting qualified candidates with healthcare and service industry employers across New York. Our free placement services include resume reviews, applicant phone screening, one-on-one interviews, and direct vacancy referrals matched to each applicant's qualifications. We recruit for a broad range of roles — registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, dietary and environmental service workers, home care aides, social workers, clerical staff, and more. We draw candidates from the general public, graduates of our TEF training programs, and current 1199SEIU union members, and we never charge job seekers any fees for our referral services.
