Enhancing recovery and independence through meaningful work has been our mission since 1992. As a nonprofit social enterprise based in Salt Lake City, Utah, we provide supportive and permanent employment to individuals with disabilities and those facing barriers to employment, including people experiencing homelessness, returning from incarceration, or living below the poverty level. We maintain a workforce where at least 70% of our employees have a disability and 80% live at low to moderate income levels. Our services include landscaping, custodial work, biohazard cleanup, and educational programs, and we serve as a certified training provider for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation and the Department of Workforce Services. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build self-sufficiency through dignified work.
