As the oldest Arc chapter in the United States and home to the largest employment program of its kind in the country, we are dedicated to preparing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for meaningful careers. Our Employment and Business Services team operates locations across all five boroughs of New York City including the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, serving individuals 18 and older. We guide participants through every phase of their employment journey, from career readiness and skills training to active job search support and long-term job retention assistance. For employers, our staffing solutions offer an effective path to meeting diversity and inclusion goals while reducing hiring costs at no charge.
