Located in Grandville MI, AIMS Advantage INC, formally American Staffing Services, was founded by Daniel Noordyke in 1995. We have provided the best temporary, temp to perm, and permanent employees to the finest companies in West Michigan. AIMS Advantage has a very basic business philosophy, and that is to provide superior service to its client's and applicants. To Achieve this we determined that we would have to attract, employ internally, and retain what we like to refer to as "Superstars" in the customer service field. We feel we have successfully achieved this through the added luxury of seeing of seeing dozens of qualified applicants daily, careful screening, and very generous compensation through wages, incentives, and benefits.
