Operated by the Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County, we provide free employment and workforce services to job seekers and employers throughout the Concord area and broader Contra Costa County region. Our services include career planning and assessment, job search assistance, resume development, interview preparation, basic computer skills training, and occupational skills training programs. We connect individuals looking to enter or re-enter the workforce with local employers seeking qualified candidates, and we also offer virtual coaching options and career development workshops for those who need flexible access to our resources.
