As the publicly funded workforce development resource for Santa Barbara County, we connect job seekers and employers at no cost through our network of America's Job Center of California locations. Our career counselors help adults and youth with skills assessments, resume writing, interview preparation, and career exploration, while also connecting eligible participants to funded training programs. We operate dedicated offices serving the East Valley, West Valley, and High Desert communities, and we give priority of service to military veterans through specialized employment specialists. Businesses partner with us to post openings, access labor market data, and find qualified candidates across the region.
