We are a nonprofit organization based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to opening doors for individuals with developmental disabilities by connecting them to meaningful employment in the community. Our Community Integrated Employment Services team works one-on-one with job seekers to identify their strengths, prepare them for the workforce, and secure positions with local businesses that value an inclusive workplace. We also operate ARCA Janitorial Services, a commercial cleaning enterprise that provides quality service to clients while creating stable employment opportunities for the people we support, and La Paloma Greenhouse, which offers vocational training in horticulture.
