Since 1972, we have been empowering Bronx residents to build stronger futures through comprehensive community services and workforce development programs. Our employment services help adults gain the skills, training, and job placement support they need to secure permanent positions across a range of industries. In 2024 alone, we placed over 300 adults into lasting employment while also providing housing assistance, youth development, immigration services, and senior support to tens of thousands of community members. As a trusted Bronx nonprofit, we are deeply committed to breaking cycles of poverty by connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities and the resources they need to succeed.
