Our Regional Sector Partnerships (RSPs), get local businesses together to brainstorm on how to grow their sector and build the workforce and community. We are the state's regional Workforce Development Board for North Central CT - or the Greater Hartford Area. With Career ConneCT, we offer free entry-level trainings for our clients to embark on a new career in either, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Information Technology, Transportation, & more. For our youth, we offer year-round employment and summer job programs.
