Founded in 1986, we are a private non-profit organization serving the employment needs of Butte, Montana, and surrounding rural counties. Our mission is to help individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency through free career counseling, job training, placement services, and ongoing support. We provide programs for adults entering or re-entering the workforce, dislocated workers seeking retraining, and employers looking for staff development workshops. As a member of the Southwest Montana Workforce System, we partner with state agencies, educational institutions, and local businesses to build stronger pathways between job seekers and meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities in our community.
