As an equity-centered workforce development nonprofit headquartered in Spokane, Washington, we have been helping individuals access economic opportunity since 1971. Our services include career counseling, resume and interview preparation, skills training, on-the-job training, vocational education, and referrals to employers and community resources. We operate WorkSource one-stop resource centers across Washington State and serve dislocated workers, low-income adults, in-school and out-of-school youth, and others seeking employment in counties including Spokane, King, Pierce, and beyond. Our specialized reskilling programs, including BankWork$ and CareerWork$ Medical, connect job seekers with careers in banking and healthcare administration.
