Since 2004, we have served as a contracted vendor to the Arizona Department of Economic Security's Vocational Rehabilitation program, helping individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful, long-term employment throughout the state. Based in Tucson, we offer resume development, job coaching, employment placement, and retention support, actively connecting qualified clients with employers who are the right fit. We work closely with community resources to deliver the highest quality services and also offer private pay options at reduced rates for those not served through the state program. Our mission is to foster independence through sustainable employment.
