Operating as part of the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay network, we provide no-cost career and employment services to job seekers and businesses throughout Mendocino County from our Ukiah location. Our employment specialists assist adults and youth with skills assessments, resume development, interview coaching, and career planning, and we connect eligible participants with funded training programs to help them advance into higher-quality jobs. Veterans receive priority of service through dedicated employment support staff. On the employer side, our business services team helps companies post openings and source qualified local candidates, making us a practical recruitment partner for organizations of all sizes operating in the North Bay region.
