As the largest reentry employment provider in the country, we offer individuals returning from incarceration the ongoing support necessary to achieve career growth and financial stability. Operating in 30 cities across twelve states, we have made more than 34,000 placements into full-time employment through our comprehensive program of immediate paid work opportunities, skills training with industry certifications like OSHA 10-hour and forklift operation, job placement assistance, and ongoing career support. Originally founded through the Vera Institute of Justice in the 1970s and independent as a 501(c)(3) since 1996, we continue to transform lives and communities through the power of meaningful employment.
