Community Assistance Programs
Founded in 1999 and incorporated as a not-for-profit organization, we exist to create a stronger community workforce throughout the Chicagoland area by connecting underserved job seekers with meaningful employment and helping employers reduce hiring costs. Over the past 25 years, we have served more than 17,000 job seekers and partnered with more than 4,000 businesses from our offices in Chicago, Chicago Heights, and DuPage County. Beyond job placement, we provide practical supportive services—including transit assistance, interview clothing, uniforms, and other initial employment costs—that remove the real-world barriers standing between candidates and their first day on the job. Our dual focus on employer value and individual dignity is what sets us apart.
