Serving Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties in upstate New York, we are a workforce development organization dedicated to expanding employment opportunities for individuals while helping regional businesses access a qualified labor pool. Our career centers in Corning, Elmira, Montour Falls, Bath, and Hornell offer job seekers in-person, phone, and video-based support including resume building, career workshops, training programs, and Individual Training Accounts. We also maintain a youth services program focused on career readiness for individuals ages 16 through 21. For employers, we serve as a community partner connecting local businesses with motivated job candidates and the training resources needed to build a stronger regional workforce.
