Our founder brings years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, which means every candidate we evaluate is assessed not just on credentials but on strengths, emotional intelligence, and long-term potential. We specialize in placing CNAs, home health aides, and other care professionals, and require all applicants to complete a two-hour professional development workshop before placement. Our mission is to elevate both the candidate and employer experience by building partnerships rooted in quality and sustainable workforce practices.
