My Values What Drives Me My name is Simon Heng, and I am the Co-Founder of Em-Kat. When I began this agency in 2020, I wanted it to be more about giving people of all background the opportunity to provide for their families. I have always been a person that gives back to the community, and this was an opportunity that I could not pass up. I have never been so excited to wake up each and every day and get to work. Now of course this is not possible if it were not for the great businesses in the area. I am grateful that my business partners are trusting me with their staffing needs. I strive to be the best agency, and I want to do that by delivering each and every time my partners need me.
