Since 1957, we have served as the premier provider of comprehensive employment services for people with disabilities across Northern New Jersey. Operating from Cedar Knolls, our nonprofit connects more than 500 individuals each year with meaningful work through supported employment, job training, and direct placement programs. We also operate a thriving business services division that partners with companies and municipalities throughout the tristate area, offering staffing, packaging and fulfillment, and commercial janitorial services. Our mission bridges two goals: providing businesses with dependable, motivated workers and giving individuals with developmental, physical, or emotional disabilities the opportunity to build careers and independence.
