A nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping individuals find and keep meaningful employment, we provide hands-on employment services to job seekers who are ready and motivated to work. Our team assists clients through every step of the job search process, from crafting customized resumes and cover letters to developing the job-readiness skills needed for long-term career success. We serve the Riverside and Temecula communities in partnership with the California Department of Rehabilitation, and our mission is grounded in the belief that employment is a cornerstone of personal independence, self-sufficiency, and community well-being.
