We are the workforce development board serving Fulton, Montgomery, and Schoharie Counties in New York, overseeing and funding a network of Workforce Solutions Career Centers that connect job seekers with employment opportunities and employers with qualified candidates. Our centers offer walk-in access, online resources, training programs, and career counseling services that are free to both residents and businesses in our region. We bring together multiple workforce programs and partners to create a seamless system of support, helping individuals find quality jobs and helping local employers build the skilled workforce they need to grow.
