Established in 1998 as a nonprofit subsidiary of Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, we are an alternative staffing agency based in Muskegon, Michigan, dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to work. We serve job seekers with disabilities, limited experience, criminal backgrounds, and veterans re-entering the workforce, placing them in temporary, temp-to-permanent, and permanent roles as general laborers, office professionals, and skilled technicians. Employers pay no fees or waiting periods for permanent hires, and candidates pay no agency fees. Our wraparound support services include financial literacy coaching, skills assessment, and transition assistance.
