We are the internal float pool for UTMB Health, providing experienced clinical and non-clinical staff on a per diem basis to facilities across Galveston and the surrounding areas. Our team supports John Sealy Hospital, UTMB Clinics, the League City Campus Specialty Care Center, Clear Lake Campus, Angleton Danbury Campus, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Hospital. We deploy nurses and healthcare support staff for daily, short-term, and long-term assignments, helping UTMB maintain consistent, high-quality patient care even during periods of fluctuating demand. Many of our temporary assignments transition into permanent roles within the UTMB system.
