We deliver comprehensive workforce solutions across the Heart of Texas region, partnering with employers and job seekers throughout Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan counties. As one of twenty-eight local workforce development boards operating under the Texas Workforce Commission, we bring a unique governmental-nonprofit structure to addressing the economic needs of Central Texas communities. Our team specializes in connecting employers with quality talent through candidate referrals, customized training programs, job fair coordination, and labor market intelligence, while simultaneously supporting job seekers with career services including application assistance, skill development workshops, and career exploration resources.
