As a minority woman-owned legal staffing agency, we bring a recruiter's perspective grounded in actual legal practice. Our founder Karen Roos holds two law degrees and has worked across law firms, the US government, and alternative legal service providers - giving us direct insight into what makes legal talent truly effective. We place attorneys and legal support professionals on both a direct-hire and temporary basis, with deep expertise in e-discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and legal translation through our affiliate HireRoos Translations LLC. Because our recruiters have practiced law themselves, we know our candidates' capabilities firsthand and help clients meet their equity and inclusion goals in the process.
