Hometown Hiring: Dubois County

Launched in April 2020 by three Jasper, Indiana natives, we built a hyper-local job platform specifically designed to strengthen the talent pipeline in Dubois County and keep skilled people employed close to home. More than 20,000 county residents have visited our platform, with around 3,000 returning monthly to discover openings from over 100 local employers across a wide range of industries and skill levels. We serve as the community's dedicated hiring hub — a cost-effective alternative to national job boards for small-town employers without in-house HR, and a convenient, locally focused resource for job seekers who want to build their careers without leaving the community they love.
