In order to use H.O.P.E. services, individuals must qualify for Florida's Vocational Rehabilitation program. Individuals with a physical or mental disability that hinders their ability to become employed, and needs VR's assistance to find or keep a job may be eligible for VR Services. Individuals with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for their disability are likely eligible for VR services.
