Based in Westbrook, Maine, we are a boutique recruiting, outplacement, and cross-cultural consulting firm dedicated to matching BIPOC, bilingual, immigrant, and other diverse professionals with employers who are ready to benefit from their expertise. Our roots are in the AEC, HR and DEI, technology, finance, and operations sectors, and the majority of our placements are immigrants living in Maine who bring outstanding credentials and lived experience that employers too often overlook. Founded in 2019 after our founder recognized a deep mismatch between workforce shortages and the pool of highly skilled diverse professionals unable to find work in their fields, we exist to close that gap — one meaningful placement at a time. We believe diverse teams build stronger organizations, and we are here to help you build yours.
