Serving the Heart of Georgia region through the WorkSource network, we provide comprehensive workforce development services to job seekers and employers across a 17-county area. Our programs include career counseling, job placement assistance, Individual Training Accounts for adults and dislocated workers, and On-the-Job Training designed to build new skills on the job. For young adults ages 14 to 24, we offer targeted educational and employment pathways to launch lasting careers. Local employers count on us for applicant screening, recruitment support, and training resources that build more capable, productive teams — all at no cost through our publicly funded programs.
