We connect Lower East Side residents with meaningful employment through comprehensive workforce development services rooted in the community. As part of Henry Street Settlement's Jobs Plus program, we serve residents of the Lillian Wald and Jacob Riis Houses, providing resume assistance, interview coaching, skills training, financial literacy education, and wraparound support to help overcome barriers to employment. Our ties to more than 400 employers across New York City mean we can help both job seekers entering the workforce and those already employed who are looking to advance. We are a founding partner of the Lower East Side Employment Network and are committed to building long-term economic stability for our neighbors.
