Serving the central Illinois counties of Cass, Christian, Logan, Menard, and Sangamon, we connect job seekers with meaningful employment through our Illinois WorkNet Center. Our team provides personalized career guidance, job training, education resources, financial aid assistance, and unemployment insurance support to help individuals at every stage of their career journey. For employers, we offer applicant referrals, pre-employment screening, on-the-job training programs, and business grants for employee development. With outreach locations in Beardstown, Lincoln, Petersburg, and Taylorville, we bring workforce development directly to rural communities. Our youth programs serve individuals ages 14 to 21 with paid work experiences, mentoring, and skills training to build the next generation of Illinois workers.
