Serving Brockton and surrounding communities including Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Easton, Hanson, Stoughton, and Whitman, we charter and oversee the local MassHire Career Center and manage its performance outcomes on behalf of the region. Our workforce board creates powerful connections between local employers and job seekers by funding job placement assistance, resume development, computer training, and access to a comprehensive online job listings and talent bank. Through our partnership with the UMass Donahue Institute, we ensure the Greater Brockton area has a skilled, competitive workforce prepared to meet the demands of today's economy.
