Serving as the fiscal agent for the Middle Georgia Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Board, we are a federally funded nonprofit dedicated to workforce development across eleven counties in Middle Georgia, including Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, Twiggs, and Wilkinson. We connect job seekers with career coaching, training financial aid, and employment opportunities, while helping regional employers find qualified candidates to meet their workforce needs. Our Career Facilitators provide one-on-one guidance to help individuals improve their job prospects and successfully enter or re-enter the workforce.
