Established in 1987 as a non-profit employment agency, we connect Southeastern Wisconsin businesses with work-ready employees through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements across the Greater Milwaukee area. Our mission centers on enhancing employment readiness among economically disadvantaged job seekers by providing skills training, pre-employment screening, and job placement support. We also help bridge transportation gaps between Milwaukee residents and suburban worksites through the Milwaukee Area JobRide Collaborative, expanding access to family-supporting wages and meaningful career opportunities.
