Serving Wake, Johnston, Chatham, Lee, and Orange counties in North Carolina, we are a publicly funded workforce development organization that connects job seekers with employment resources and helps local businesses find qualified candidates. Our career centers provide job search assistance, resume coaching, skills assessments, interview preparation, and connections to training and apprenticeship programs. We also offer specialized services for young adults through our NCWorks NextGen program, as well as dedicated support for veterans and individuals with disabilities. For employers, we deliver recruitment services and targeted technical assistance to help fill open positions with job-ready talent.
