Temp2Higher is unlike most staffing services. We are here to support job seekers in overcoming barriers to employment, with a goal of finding people full-time, permanent employment in a position that suits the needs of both employer and employee.
Temp2Higher is a program of the North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC), a nonprofit Community Economic Development organization. Temp2Higher combines the best practices of the staffing industry and workforce development sector using a unique person-centered focus.
