Since 1982, we have served as Silicon Valley's regional workforce development board, building bridges between workers and businesses across San Mateo County and seven cities in northern Santa Clara County. As a nonprofit, federally funded employment and training organization, we provide recruitment support, outplacement services, HR consulting, and employee training at no cost to employers. For job seekers, our NOVA Job Center offers resume development, interview preparation, career coaching, paid internships, and financial aid opportunities. Our workforce board members represent leading Silicon Valley companies, helping us create strategic alliances that address emerging talent needs and promote equitable pathways to meaningful employment throughout the region.
