Using words like recruiter or legal recruiting to describe OnBoard Legal doesn't paint an accurate picture of who we are or what we do. While we certainly connect quality legal talent with growing law firms, we do it in a completely new way - a way that is in THE LAW FIRM'S BEST INTEREST and not the recruiter's. We get it and we've set out to change it.
