Located in El Centro, California, we are Imperial County's America's Job Center of California, operated by the Imperial County Workforce Development Board to connect job seekers and businesses with comprehensive employment and training resources. Our services are available at no cost and include resume writing assistance, interview preparation, career counseling, job placement support, vocational training, on-the-job training programs, GED classes, English as a Second Language instruction, and help filing Unemployment Insurance claims. Open Monday through Friday, we welcome walk-ins and serve the full spectrum of the local workforce — from first-time job seekers and recent graduates to experienced professionals navigating a career transition. Our mission is to strengthen the regional economy by bridging talent with opportunity.
