Founded in 1996 and based in Vancouver, Washington, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals toward economic self-sufficiency through specialized job training, employment readiness programs, and placement services. We serve low-income parents, refugees and immigrants, seniors living near the poverty line, homeless veterans, and young people working toward their GED. In partnership with local businesses, schools, and community members, we provide career exploration workshops, job shadowing opportunities, and individualized assistance that help our clients overcome barriers to employment. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion drives everything we do as we work to build a stronger, healthier community.
