Founded in 2011 and serving Eastern Iowa from offices in Cedar Rapids and Waterloo, we are a light industrial staffing agency delivering temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire solutions for production, warehouse, assembly, and manufacturing employers. Every candidate we present has been interviewed in person, skill tested, screened, and vetted by our team before stepping onto a client's floor. We open early, stay through second shift, and maintain a 24-hour messaging service so staffing problems never go unanswered. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with both job seekers and employers by staying engaged well beyond the initial placement.
