## About

For more than 50 years, we have served people with disabilities and other challenges across the Twin Cities South Metro, Southeast Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin, offering a comprehensive continuum of employment and life-skills services. Our vocational programs include job search assistance, placement, skills assessments, job coaching, on-the-job training, and long-term employment support, with individualized plans designed to maximize self-sufficiency. We also partner with employers in the region to provide assembly, packaging, and light manufacturing solutions, creating real economic participation for the individuals we serve while delivering value to the businesses we work with.
