Rooted in the Racine and Kenosha communities, we empower unemployed and underemployed individuals—including those returning from incarceration—to build sustainable careers. Our vocational training and job placement programs equip participants with the practical skills and confidence they need to enter the workforce and thrive. We work closely with local employers to match motivated candidates with meaningful opportunities, and our results speak for themselves: in 2023 alone, we helped more than 235 people secure jobs and educational pathways at wages that support real economic stability for their families and our region.
