Founded in 1970, Raymond Alexander Associates (RAA) is a full-service staffing firm providing quality permanent and temporary placement services to our clients, and career coaching to our candidates. We work on a variety of positions at small private businesses and large publicly held companies located in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. Our aim is to build working relationships that last by matching our clients with placements carefully selected from a network of well-qualified, pre-screened candidates. RAA has a long history of providing placements for positions ranging from entry level to senior management.
