Welcome to Richard's Employment Agency! Founded in March 2003, we help people find entry-level jobs with training. Workers we employ include warehouse, assembly, packing, office and rental car shuttle employees. We work with you to find the right job with flexibility. We have earned the trust of major companies in the area, including the largest printing company in CT, the largest auto auction and a nationwide car rental company. We also have an "Auto Staffing CT" division for driving jobs on a flexible schedule. We got into the employment business because we knew we could make a difference in people's lives. That is why we have been doing it for over 19 years and counting.
