Connecting job seekers and employers across Monroe County has been our driving purpose since 2004. As a nonprofit member of the American Job Center Network, we provide no-cost employment and training services through our career centers in the Greater Rochester area. Our team supports job seekers at every stage, from career counseling and training referrals to youth employment programs, while helping businesses find qualified talent through on-the-job training grants and workforce planning. We proudly manage millions in federal workforce development funding and have recently launched our Retention and Career Accelerator program to support sustained employment for underrepresented populations.
