We are a nonprofit workforce development organization serving the San Pablo, California community, dedicated to equipping local residents with the skills, training, and job connections needed to build sustainable careers. Our workforce programs span job readiness, bilingual computer literacy, on-the-job training, subsidized apprenticeships, and industry-specific career pathways in fields including information technology, healthcare, construction, commercial driving, and barbering and cosmetology. We work as a bridge between area businesses and the regional labor pool, providing responsive employer support while helping individuals from all backgrounds transition into family-sustaining, progressive-wage employment.
