Our services span job search assistance, career counseling, re-employment support, job training programs, and a robust online job board through SC Works Online Services, the state'''s largest workforce development database. We work with employers to screen, match, hire, train, and retain workers, and we provide resources to incumbent workers looking to advance their careers. Administered in partnership with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, our mission is to strengthen the state'''s workforce and economy.
