SC Works

Serving the Pee Dee region of South Carolina, we operate as part of the state's SC Works public workforce system, connecting job seekers and employers across Darlington, Chesterfield, Dillon, Florence, Marion, and Marlboro counties. Our centers provide career services including job search assistance, resume development, and skills assessments for candidates, while helping employers screen, recruit, train, and retain qualified workers. We partner with local businesses and workforce development organizations to move individuals into careers with competitive wages and long-term advancement opportunities.
