We are a self-directed career resource center serving Solano County through our offices in Vallejo and Fairfield. Through the cooperative partnership of local agencies, we provide no-cost job search support, skills training, mentorship, on-the-job training, transitional employment, and job placement services to all community members. Our resource specialists offer hands-on assistance with resume preparation, interview coaching, and access to job listings and career tools. We also help businesses recruit top talent, develop their teams, and access funding support for customized training. Veterans and eligible spouses receive priority access to our comprehensive workforce development services.
